Role Overview
Join our team as an AI Product Quality & Support Intern, where you will help maintain the high standard of our Generative AI products. You will act as a key contributor to product quality by conducting functional testing, documenting issues in GitHub, and bridging the gap between users and internal technical teams. This is an exciting opportunity to explore market-leading LLMs like GPT, Claude, and Gemini.
Note: This is a non-coding position centered on testing, documentation, and product support; no software programming knowledge is required.
Key Responsibilities
Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct functional testing on new/beta features, experiments, edge cases, and logic flows. Collaborate cross-functionally to replicate bugs and drive timely resolutions.
Maintenance & Support: Maintain and update tools to ensure alignment with evolving business goals, while providing high-quality support by addressing user inquiries and feedback.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders managing GitHub issues, and effectively communicate verification findings with the IT team and TAC
Documentation: Author clear, concise documentation for GitHub tickets, utilizing screenshots and screen recordings to provide comprehensive context.
Research & Innovation: Conduct competitive analysis and research emerging technologies, with a strong focus on Generative AI (GenAI) integration.
Education: Pursuing a degree in Business Management, Social Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
AI Literacy: Basic understanding of Generative AI; experience with tools like ChatGPT is preferred.
Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and creative thinking.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration and user support.
Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to conduct research and generate insights to drive innovation.
